Happiest Minds appoints Sashi Kumar to CEO and MD posts

Bangalore based IT company, Happiest Minds Technologies, today announced that it has appointed Sashi Kumar as its CEO and MD. Over the past 23 years of his career, which he initially began at Wipro, Kumar held various leadership positions at Microsoft, SAP and CSC.

While welcoming Kumar to his new post, Ashok Soota, Executive Chairman of Happiest Minds, said, “Sashi’s experience in global products and services companies will provide a tremendous push towards bringing innovation to Happiest Minds in a world of productized services and solutions. Happiest Minds has also secured a $52.5 million Series-A funding led by Canaan Partners, Intel Capital and Ashok Soota, and has set a goal to go public within 7 years from its launch.
