Talview selected for InTech50
Talview, an automated video interview platform used for screening job applicants prior to interviews, has been chosen to attend this year’s InTech50, a flagship event of iSPIRT and Terenne Global. A total of 228 applications were received for the event, out of which only 50 companies were selected by a panel comprising Chief Information Officers, VCs, and senior executives from various companies. This is the second year that Talview has been selected to feature its products at the event, which is scheduled to be held on April 15-16, 2015 at the Leela Palace in Bangalore.
Sanjoe Jose, CEO of Talview, commented on the development, “Intech50 was an excellent opportunity to get attention from some of the top decision makers from India and US. I am very happy to say that some of the largest deals we did in the past year had their origins in Intech50. It is probably the best networking and showcasing platform for enterprise technology companies in India.”
Sanjoe Jose is an engineer who holds an MBA and is an alumnus of IIT Bombay.
Talview, formerly known as Interview Master, is a video tool used to conduct interviews online. Launched in May 2012 as Interview Master, the video platform is based on the concept of asynchronous video interviews. Talview is currently used by recruiters at Fortune 500 companies in multiple verticals.
Talview is funded by Mayfield, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital fund.
The CIOs who are expected to turn up at this year’s event are Suren Gupta, Executive Vice President of All State Insurance; Anne H. Chow, Senior VP of Global Solutions and Sales Operations at AT&T Business Solutions; MR Ravikumar, Regional Head for Singapore operations at RSA Insurance and Guru Vasudeva, CTO of Nationwide Mutual Insurance.
The companies selected for InTech50-2015 will be offered advice, mentoring, product marketing support and funding which is intended to help them scale their offerings to the global markets. The event is expected to clear the way for software product companies to enter international spaces through its network of early adopters, partners, co-innovators and investors. Companies that perform well are invited to participate in the event.
