Wipro partners with Flytxt
Wipro Ltd. (NYSE:WIT), a global information technology, consulting and business process services company, today announced that it has partnered with Flytxt, a company that specializes in monetizing mobile consumer data through big data analytics, to jointly provide customer experience and revenue enhancement solutions globally.
The partnership will combine Flytxt’s Mobile Consumer Analytics technology and Wipro’s telecom expertise. Together, the duo will provide solutions that are intended to address industry challenges with regards to the generation of measurable economic value from quickly expanding and diverse data streams.
The companies say that the solution portfolio analyzes a large volume, velocity and variety of data generated in the telecom ecosystem and produces actionable insights on consumer behavior by way of analytical models based on data and decision science. These are meant to help the mobile enterprises run effective inbound and outbound marketing programs with a high impact on revenue, margins and customer retention. This is expected to allow mobile enterprises to deliver a better experience to consumers with personalized offers and content.
