ZTE launches Blade Qlux 4G smartphone

Today, ZTE announced the launch of its Blade Qlux 4G. The dual SIM smartphone, which is equipped for 4G, will be available across India, exclusively through, and will go on sale June 16, 2015.

With a 4.5” IPS display, the ZTE Blade Qlux 4G smartphone integrates a Mediatek MTK6732M 1.3 GHz Quad Core processor with a 1 GB RAM. The ZTE Blade Qlux 4G supports 4G bands of 1800 MHz (Band Class 3) and 2300 MHz (Band Class 40) to ensure compatibility with existing and future 4G networks. ZTE says that users of this new device will be able to experience data speed of upto 150Mbps on LTE CAT 4 networks.

The Blade Qlux 4G comes with an 8 MP rear that includes autofocus and LED flash, and supports HDR, face detection and continuous shots. The phone is also equipped with a 5 MP front facing camera.

ZTE says the 2200 mAh battery allows 12 hours of talk time and 250 hours of stand-by time, while an 8 GB internal memory, which is expandable up to 32GB, ensures flexibility for users.

One of the few phones in its segment which supports GLONASS, the smartphone is also equipped with proximity and ambient light sensors along with an accelerometer.

ZTE says the Blade Qlux 4G comes bundled with a double data offer from Airtel.
